Biography
Fabrizio Moretti is a Brazilian-American musician and visual artist, best known as the drummer for the seminal New York rock band The Strokes. His crisp, clean, and driving drumming style is a foundational element of the band's sound on landmark albums like 'Is This It' and 'Room on Fire' for #RCA# and #Rough Trade#. Beyond The Strokes, Moretti has explored diverse musical avenues through his collaborative side projects. These include the Brazilian-influenced indie pop of Little Joy, formed with *Rodrigo Amarante* and *Binki Shapiro*, and the experimental, synth-heavy art collective Machinegum, which released the album 'Conduit'.
