Biography
Girlpool was a Los Angeles duo formed in 2013 by Avery Tucker and Harmony Tividad, teenage friends who met at the DIY venue The Smell. Beginning as a drummerless guitar-and-bass act with close unison vocals, they released 'Before the World Was Big' in 2015 and steadily expanded their sound on 'Powerplant' in 2017, 'What Chaos Is Imaginary' in 2019 and 'Forgiveness' in 2022. The duo disbanded in 2022 after nine years together.
