Biography
Great Falls is a Seattle-based noise-rock band known for its cathartic and punishing sound, blending elements of sludge metal, chaotic hardcore, and experimental noise. The trio was formed by vocalist/guitarist Demian Johnston and bassist Shane Mehling, both formerly of the influential noisecore act *Playing Enemy*. Their intense and deeply human approach to heavy music is evident on albums like 'A Sense of Rest' and 'Objects Without Pain'. The band's confrontational live shows and complex musicianship are hallmarks, further cementing their reputation within the underground scene. They signed with #Neurot Recordings# for their later work, expanding their reach.
