Biography
American emo and post-hardcore band from Dayton, Ohio, formed in 2001 and led by singer JT Woodruff. Their gold albums 'The Silence in Black and White' and 'If Only You Were Lonely' made them a defining act of 2000s screamo, built on the interplay of clean and screaming vocals. Guitarist Casey Calvert died in 2007, after which the band continued, later adding lead guitarist Mark McMillon and releasing albums into the 2020s.
