Ian McCulloch

Ian McCulloch is an English singer, songwriter, and musician, celebrated as the iconic frontman of the post-punk band Echo & the Bunnymen. Known for his distinctive voice and poetic, often brooding lyrics, he was a central figure in the neo-psychedelia and alternative rock scenes of the 1980s. After leaving the band in 1988, he embarked on a solo career, releasing albums such as 'Candleland' and 'Mysterio'. He later reunited with guitarist *Will Sergeant* to form the side project Electrafixion before reforming Echo & the Bunnymen in 1997, with whom he continues to record and perform.
