Biography
Ice Nine Kills is an American metalcore band from Boston, Massachusetts, formed in 2000 and led by singer Spencer Charnas, its only constant member. Named after the substance in *Kurt Vonnegut*'s Cat's Cradle, the band moved from ska-punk roots to theatrical metalcore on 'The Predator Becomes the Prey' and 'Every Trick in the Book'. Their breakthrough, 'The Silver Scream' in 2018, built every song on a horror film, and 'The Silver Scream 2: Welcome to Horrorwood' expanded the concept into a hit franchise, making them a major live act on #Fearless Records#.
