Biography
Iceage is a Danish band formed in 2008, known for their evolution from raw post-punk to a more expansive and artistic rock sound. Gaining international attention with their aggressive 2011 debut 'New Brigade', the band has consistently shifted its style. Their work on labels like #Matador Records# saw them incorporating elements of country, blues, and orchestral arrangements, drawing comparisons to artists like *Nick Cave*. Albums such as 'Plowing Into the Field of Love' and 'Seek Shelter' showcase their musical maturation, moving from hardcore roots to a complex, genre-defying sound that remains urgent and physically powerful.
