Biography
Intronaut are a progressive post-metal band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 2004 by Sacha Dunable, Joe Lester, Danny Walker and Leon del Muerte, with Dave Timnick replacing del Muerte in 2007. Albums such as 'Void' (2006), 'Prehistoricisms' (2008) and 'Valley of Smoke' (2010), released by #Century Media Records#, blend sludge heaviness with jazz harmony, complex rhythms and, increasingly, clean harmonised vocals. After drummer Walker's departure in 2018, the remaining trio released 'Fluid Existential Inversions' (2020) on #Metal Blade Records#.
