Biography
Jeremiah Chiu and Marta Sofia Honer are a Los Angeles-based duo of synthesist Jeremiah Chiu and violist Marta Sofia Honer, formed from Chicago's experimental scene. On #International Anthem# they have released 'Recordings From the 脜land Islands', made from field recordings and improvisations gathered on the Finnish archipelago, the collaboration 'The Closest Thing to Silence' with *Ariel Kalma*, and 'Different Rooms'. Their music blurs played and processed sound, letting viola lines drift through modular synth textures and environmental recordings.
