Biography
Marsupilami were a Somerset progressive rock sextet formed in 1968 by brothers Fred and Leary Hasson and named after *André Franquin*'s comics character. Their flute- and organ-driven music, heard on 'Marsupilami' (1970) and the Roman concept album 'Arena' (1971), both for #Transatlantic Records#, made them a missing link of early British prog before a split in 1971 and a brief 2011 reunion.
