Nick Cave

An Australian musician who emerged from the post-punk scene with the volatile band The Birthday Party. [1, 8] After The Birthday Party's dissolution, he formed Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, evolving from aggressive rock towards complex, atmospheric arrangements and piano-led balladry.
