Pond

Pond is a psychedelic rock band from Perth, Australia, formed in 2008. The group began as a collaborative project with a revolving lineup, centered on core members Nick Allbrook, Jay Watson, and Joe Ryan. Known for their prolific output and close association with *Tame Impala*, Pond shares several past and present members with the fellow Perth act, including Watson, Allbrook, and former member *Kevin Parker*, who often served as their producer. Their sound is a vibrant mix of psychedelic rock, glam, pop, and electronic music. After gaining international attention with their 2012 album 'Beard, Wives, Denim', they signed to labels like #Modular# and #Marathon Artists#, releasing a string of acclaimed albums including 'The Weather' and '9'.
