Biography
Richard Wahnfried was the collaborative alias of German electronic composer *Klaus Schulze*, used between 1979 and 2000 for albums made with guest musicians rather than alone. Beginning with 'Time Actor' in 1979, featuring *Arthur Brown* and *Michael Shrieve*, and 'Tonwelle' in 1981, featuring *Manuel G枚ttsching*, the project continued through 'Megatone' and 'Miditation' before turning toward trance in the 1990s with 'Trancelation', 'Trance Appeal' and 'Drums 'n' Balls (The Gancha Dub)'. The last Wahnfried album, 'Trance 4 Motion', appeared in 2000.
