Biography
Romeo Void was a San Francisco new wave band formed in 1979 around singer Debora Iyall, guitarist Peter Woods, bassist Frank Zincavage and saxophonist Benjamin Bossi. The debut album 'It's a Condition' (1981) and the single 'Never Say Never' made them post-punk cult favourites, and 'Instincts' (1984) delivered the Top Forty hit 'A Girl in Trouble (Is a Temporary Thing)'. The band split in 1985 after #Columbia Records# pulled its support, leaving a small, sharp catalogue.
