Biography
Run the Jewels is the acclaimed hip-hop superduo of Brooklyn producer/rapper *El-P* and Atlanta MC *Killer Mike*. The pair officially formed after *El-P* produced *Killer Mike*'s 2012 album 'R.A.P. Music', leading to a joint tour and their decision to make their collaboration permanent. They debuted with the self-titled 'Run the Jewels' in 2013, released as a free download on #Fool's Gold Records#. Known for their aggressive, forward-thinking beats and dense, socio-political rhymes, they have released a series of critically lauded albums, including 'Run the Jewels 2', 'Run the Jewels 3', and 'RTJ4', cementing their status as a vital force in modern music.
