Biography
Saint Pepsi is the solo project of American producer Ryan DeRobertis, a pioneer of vaporwave and future funk known for bright, sample-based tracks such as those on 'Hit Vibes' from 2013. A legal threat from PepsiCo forced a rename: from 2015 he recorded as Skylar Spence, releasing 'Prom King' on #Carpark Records#, before reviving the Saint Pepsi name with 'Mannequin Challenge' in 2019. Filed here as a one-person Producer project, not a band, with Musician as the weighed alternative category.
