Biography
Shamblemaths is a Trondheim progressive rock project led by Simen 脜dn酶y Ellingsen on guitar, saxophones, keyboards and vocals. First a duo with bassist Eirik Husum for the 2016 debut 'Shamblemaths', then with drummer Ingvald Vassb酶 for 'Shamblemaths 2' in 2021, the music mixes complex suites, prominent woodwinds and guest players in the spirit of 1970s prog. Reviews have praised the project for complexity that never loses musical warmth or humour.
