Biography
Slayyyter, born Catherine Grace Garner in Kirkwood, Missouri, is an American singer and songwriter whose hyperpop sound channels the maximalist pop of the late 1990s and 2000s. After leaving the University of Missouri, she built a following on SoundCloud and broke out with her self-titled mixtape 'Slayyyter' (2019), followed by the albums 'Troubled Paradise' (2021) and 'Starfucker' (2023). Her brash, sex-positive persona and collaborations across the hyperpop scene have made her one of its defining voices.
