Biography
Maryland progressive rock quartet formed in Gaithersburg in 1973, a key American band of the Canterbury-influenced underground. The classic line-up of Dave Newhouse, Billy Swann, Thomas Scott and drummer Paul Sears recorded 'Manna/Mirage' (1978), 'Air Fiction' (1979) and '185' (1981) before disbanding. Reunions from 1998 produced four further albums, mostly on #Cuneiform Records#, through 'Mother Tongue' (2012). The band gave its final performance in 2015 and announced its end the following year.
