Biography
Thirsty Moon were a German progressive rock band formed in Bremen in 1971. Their seven-piece line-up blended jazz-rock and krautrock on 'Thirsty Moon' (1972) and 'You'll Never Come Back' (1973) for the #Brain# label, and the band recorded sporadically until 'Starchaser' (1981). Their albums have since been rediscovered by krautrock collectors. The group grew out of the Bremen scene that also produced several other #Brain# label acts of the period.
