Biography
New Jersey producer Todd Edwards, born in Bloomfield, is known as The God for a sample based house style that helped create UK garage. From early work for #Nervous Records# and singles like 'Saved My Life', he collaged short vocal fragments into melodic, percussive tracks that influenced a generation of British producers. *Daft Punk* recruited him to co produce and sing 'Face to Face' on 'Discovery' and later 'Fragments of Time' on 'Random Access Memories', bringing his underground method to a global audience.
