Biography
Wisp is the project of Natalie R. Lu (born August 6, 2004, San Francisco), an American singer-songwriter at the centre of the shoegaze revival. Her debut single 'Your Face' went viral on TikTok in 2023 while she was a computer science student, leading to a deal with #Interscope Records#. The EP 'Pandora' (2024) and debut album 'If Not Winter' (2025) wrap her breathy vocals in dense, layered guitar textures she calls nu gaze.
