Album Notes & Community Reviews

Serving as an essential companion piece to their core studio albums, 'The Future Crayon' compiles rare EPs and B-sides from Broadcast's highly creative era surrounding 'Haha Sound'. The collection pushes their retro-futuristic, analog synthesizer experiments further into abstract, radiophonic territory, perfectly contrasting with Trish Keenan's icy, deeply melancholic vocals. It highlights the Birmingham group's unparalleled mastery of crafting eerie, deeply evocative indietronica and modern hauntology.
