Album Notes & Community Reviews

Acting as an elegant preamble to their formal studio albums, 'Work and Non Work' collects Broadcast's earliest singles and EP releases. The compilation unveils a heavily stylized, retro-futuristic soundscape that intertwines analog synthesizer experiments, swinging 1960s pop motifs, and Trish Keenan's distinctly detached vocal delivery. It serves as an early, mysterious entry point into the burgeoning indietronica movement.
