Album Notes & Community Reviews

'All Work, No Play' presents DJ Screw's chopped and screwed work, the slowed, remixed Houston hip hop style he invented. Robert Davis Jr.'s technique of dragging rap records to a narcotic tempo became the defining sound of Houston rap, documented here on his own label.
