Album Notes & Community Reviews

Issued shortly after the British quartet's final dissolution, this double-album perfectly distills their exceptionally tight, less-is-more approach to blues-rock. Paul Rodgers's soulful vocals and Paul Kossoff's remarkably restrained, emotive guitar work stand as a masterclass in classic hard rock economy.
