Concludes Leyland Kirby's harrowing conceptual project on the progression of dementia. The final three stages completely abandon the recognizable ballroom jazz samples of the earlier volumes, descending into terrifying, unrecognizable walls of harsh noise and drone that meticulously simulate complete cognitive collapse. The overwhelming, six-hour physical release remains one of the most grueling and impactful listening experiences of the decade.
