A single-disc survey of Traffic's Island recordings of 1967 to 1974, from the Dave Mason-era psychedelia of 'Mr. Fantasy' to the jazz-inflected expanses of 'The Low Spark of High Heeled Boys'. It traces Steve Winwood's band through its folk, rock and improvisational phases in compact form.
