Album Notes & Community Reviews

Lovingly reconstructs the ecstatic, boundary-breaking playlists pioneered by legendary DJ Larry Levan during his decade-long residency at New York's Paradise Garage. The two-disc set flawlessly sequences the heavy funk, euphoric disco, and early electronic grooves that directly birthed modern house music. It acts as an incredible sonic time capsule of the city's most mythical, sexually liberated underground dance floor.
