Album Notes & Community Reviews

Assembled by Chris Cutler's fiercely independent label, this double-EP compilation functioned as a manifesto for the Rock in Opposition movement and the international avant-garde network. It features exclusive or rare contributions from disparate groups like The Residents, Faust, and This Heat. The release provides an essential, borderless cross-section of global experimental rock during the early 1980s.
