Album Notes & Community Reviews

Assembled by Raphael Top-Secret and Jamie Tiller, this compilation mines the incredibly obscure, highly sophisticated synthesizer pop produced across Europe during the 1980s. Drifting away from straightforward club structures, the tracks highlight eccentric rhythms, fretless basslines, and deeply quirky, sophisticated pop songwriting that failed to find commercial success upon initial release. It is a treasure trove of luxurious, oddball new wave.
