Album Notes & Community Reviews
Reimagining five classic 1980s pop hits through her signature on铆ric lens, 'Aisles' is an atmospheric covers EP from singer-songwriter Angel Olsen. Released on her own somethingscosmic imprint through Jagjaguwar, the record was recorded in Asheville, North Carolina alongside co-producer Adam McDaniel. The tracks drape familiar hits by Billy Idol, Men Without Hats, and Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark in a slow-motion, synth-laden haze of ethereal wave and dream pop.
