Album Notes & Community Reviews

Serving as a historically massive, if highly novelty-driven crossover event, this release famously finds the thrash metal titans wholeheartedly embracing their well-documented love of New York hip-hop. The incredibly goofy, sample-heavy title track effectively pioneered the rap-metal subgenre, paving a direct cultural pathway for their legendary, far more serious collaboration with Public Enemy several years later.
