Album Notes & Community Reviews

Notorious for its intentional use of a piercing, high-frequency sine wave specifically tuned to match the pitch of tinnitus, this release is one of Richard D. James's most aggressively abrasive works. Named after an asthma medication, the EP mimics a severe panic attack through distorted gabber breakbeats and suffocating mechanical noise. It is deliberately designed to physically agitate the listener.
