Album Notes & Community Reviews

Fusing slowcore melancholy with subtle, downtempo electronic beats, 'Love Detective' highlights the duo's evolving production style at the turn of the millennium. The EP's title track centers on a nocturnal, trip-hop-influenced groove paired with cynical, paranoid lyrics about mistrust and infidelity. It represents a key artistic shift, successfully bridging their early folk-rock roots with nocturnal electronic textures.
