Released in the same year as their 'Figure and Ground' EP, 'The Memory Empire' continued to showcase the band's rapid evolution. This work further explores their burgeoning progressive and math-rock tendencies while reintroducing vocals and maintaining some of the spacey, atmospheric textures of their earlier music. It captures a band in a fertile creative period, experimenting with a dynamic blend of their core influences.
