Album Notes & Community Reviews

Released as a direct political protest against the UK's draconian Criminal Justice and Public Order Act of 1994, which infamously criminalized raves playing music characterized by 'repetitive beats'. The packaging explicitly instructed DJs to play the uniquely non-repetitive track 'Flutter' if police attempted to shut down their events. The complex, ever-shifting drum programming served as a vital flashpoint in the evolution of algorithmic electronic music.
