Album Notes & Community Reviews

This two-track EP serves as a crucial evolutionary step towards the sound of their second full-length. On 'Longing for the Untold', Aversio Humanitatis fully embraced a more modern, technical, and dissonant style, drawing heavy influence from the chaotic complexity of bands like Gorguts and Deathspell Omega. The release marks their definitive transition from orthodox black metal to a more challenging, avant-garde sonic identity.
