Showcasing the Tucson collective's mastery of cinematic Southwestern music, 'Convict Pool' blends dusty Americana with vibrant mariachi and Tejano horn sections. The EP is notable for its eclectic cover choices, including reinterpretations of Love, Minutemen, and a bilingual rendition of Fran莽oise Hardy's work.
