Album Notes & Community Reviews

Originally issued through the independent midwest imprint Either/Or Records, 'Young States' solidified Citizen's role in the early 2010s emo revival. The EP leans heavily into intricate guitar work and passionate, introspective vocals to create an atmospheric and somber post-hardcore listening experience.
