Autumn Equinox: Amethyst Deceivers

Album Notes & Community Reviews

The second installment of the duo's revered seasonal sequence explores heavily hallucinogenic and deeply organic ambient textures honoring the autumnal turning point. The title track beautifully layers acoustic instrumentation over glitchy electronics and John Balance's hypnotic, esoteric vocal incantations. It marked a profound transition away from their harsh industrial roots toward modern, ritualistic pagan electronics.
