An Unexpected Reality

Album Notes & Community Reviews

'An Unexpected Reality' executes a startling dual-format concept, splitting its runtime between blistering, grindcore-influenced micro-tracks and a massive, lumbering doom metal closer. The surprise release showcased the band's remarkable versatility, successfully mastering both the fastest and slowest extremes of the modern death metal spectrum. It proved to be a wildly unpredictable, universally celebrated flex of their sheer metallic capabilities.
