Album Notes & Community Reviews

Compiled from various disparate recording sessions immediately following their breakthrough 'Alien Lanes', this EP perfectly captures Robert Pollard's prolific, tape-hiss lo-fi pop. Despite its fragmented origins, the release boasts incredibly strong, hook-laden songwriting, highlighted by the hazy, psychedelic melancholy of 'The Drag City'. It stands as an essential addition to their classic 1990s mid-fi era.
