Florine

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Entirely constructed from heavily looped, effects-pedal processed vocal harmonies, 'Florine' is a breathtakingly intimate ambient release. Julianna Barwick builds immense, choir-like soundscapes from her own voice, evoking a profound sense of sacred, ecclesiastical space without the use of traditional instrumentation.
