Album Notes & Community Reviews

Serving as a direct bridge between their death-doom debut and the highly influential 'Brave Murder Day', this EP showcases a rapid maturation in their deeply melancholic sound. Jonas Renkse's despairing harsh vocals intertwine with increasingly melodic, gothic-tinged guitar leads, foreshadowing their eventual shift towards clean singing. The release perfectly captures the bleak, autumnal sorrow of the mid-90s Swedish underground.
