Highlighted heavily by the punishingly slow, 10-minute drone-doom epic 'Charmicarmicat', this project represents the Pacific Northwest trio at their most challenging and misanthropic. The churning, heavily detuned guitar riffs and thunderous, cavernous drumming profoundly influenced the developing grunge and sludge metal scenes. It brutally reinforced their status as the heaviest, most uncompromising progenitors of modern doom.
