Album Notes & Community Reviews
This EP marks the crucial turning point where mewithoutYou's signature sound began to form. Recorded live, 'I Never Said That I Was Brave' captures the first appearance of Aaron Weiss's distinctive poetic, spoken-shouted vocal delivery. While still rooted in the aggressive sounds of screamo and metalcore, this release laid the clear artistic groundwork for their groundbreaking debut album, '[A鈫払] Life'.
