Album Notes & Community Reviews

Originally packaged within an incredibly lavish, hardcover photography book, this EP features Phil Elverum explicitly referencing his earlier Microphones masterwork. The tracks are intensely atmospheric and sprawling, heavily incorporating black metal percussion, ambient field recordings, and dense vocal layering to evoke the natural vastness of the Pacific Northwest.
