Album Notes & Community Reviews
An absolute watershed moment for the emerging post-dubstep scene, fundamentally altering the trajectory of UK bass music. Mount Kimbie effectively strips dubstep of its aggressive club weight, replacing it with incredibly intricate field recordings, warm ambient textures, and subtle, stuttering R&B vocal samples.
