Album Notes & Community Reviews

Produced by the legendary Doug Sahm, this blistering single marked the chaotic return of the 13th Floor Elevators frontman following years of institutionalization. The searing, horror-inflected lyricism and unhinged garage-rock energy solidified his status as an eccentric, visionary icon of American occult rock.
